For recruitment and staffing agencies
Your recruiters only meet candidates who passed your criteria.
PhosLab's AI agent sources candidates, screens them against criteria you approve, and sends your recruiters a shortlist with a written reason for every candidate.
A 30-day pilot with a written guarantee. Nothing is sent to candidates until you approve the criteria.

The problem
Screening takes the hours recruiters should spend on people.
Most of a recruiter's week goes to sorting applications, not talking to candidates or clients.
How it works
You keep the decisions. The agent does the sorting.
Agree the criteria
One setup call. We define what a qualified candidate looks like for each role, and the questions that test it.
The agent sources and screens
It finds candidates and scores them against your criteria. Candidates who don't meet them stay out of your recruiter's queue.
Your recruiter gets a shortlist
Each candidate arrives with the reason they were shortlisted, and what could not be confirmed. Your recruiter approves or declines.
Our guarantee
If the shortlist isn't good enough, you pay nothing for the pilot.
We would rather prove the work than ask you to trust it. The guarantee is measured on your recruiters' own decisions.
By day 30, if your recruiters have not approved at least half of the first 20 candidates we send, you pay nothing for the pilot.
"Approved" means your recruiter marks the candidate as move-forward. The full terms are agreed in writing before the pilot starts.
The pilot includes
Everything needed to test it on real roles.
Start with a small number of roles, measure the shortlist against your own decisions, and decide from there.
- Up to three open roles or five recruiters
- A setup call, with written screening criteria for each role
- A shortlist with a reason for every candidate
- A 20-minute weekly review to tighten the criteria
- Outreach templates for contacting candidates
- A written summary of the pilot results at day 30
Questions
Answers before you ask.
Does the agent reject candidates on its own?
No. The agent recommends and your recruiter decides. No candidate is rejected automatically. Each shortlisted candidate comes with the reason, and with anything the agent could not confirm.
How are the criteria set?
In one setup call, we write down what a qualified candidate looks like for each role, and the screening questions used to test it. You approve the criteria before the agent starts. We review them together each week during the pilot.
How is candidate data handled?
We process candidate data only for the roles you have agreed. Before any channel is used, we confirm its terms and the applicable data protection rules. The details are set out in the pilot agreement.
What does our team need to do?
One setup call of about 45 minutes, and about 15 minutes a week to approve the shortlist. Nothing needs to be installed.
What is the pilot?
A 30-day pilot for up to three open roles or five recruiters. Pilot terms, including the guarantee, are agreed in writing before it starts.
